I’ve a stiff shoulder and back pain, bought many chairs but none of it can support my neck perfectly. I love Ultra but too bad it does not have the individual headrest, cannot customize to my need, so eventually I have to stick to SINC Chair because the headrest is versatile, been used the chair for a week, so far so good, the second mechanism at the backrest made a huge different, very impressive, they have a great product to meet different needs, will get the second unit to put up in my office. 6D armrest is very versatile, was impress by the 6D armrest, follow by the smart glide backrest. Price is quite reasonable, others selling at RM2k have lesser features compare to SINC. My wife is, 154cm, she has no problem to share the chair with me (176cm), her neck is well supported becos the headrest is huge and able to adjust much lower than other chair in the market.

I dont have chance to test the chair before purchase, the customer service is very helpful recommend SINC chair to me after understand my needs. Must thumb up to the packing, the chair was well protected , installation is easy. I will rate this chair at 9/10, 6D armrest can support my arm in different position, that keep me able to rotate the posture to avoid fatigue/stiff shoulder as advised my Chiro. Back support is awesome once you activated the mechanism. Lack of one mark is due to the tension of backrest made no different after the adjustment. In overall, I am satisfied with SINC and recommenced to those who has back pain issue.

Bought it during pre-order time and was a long waiting of 3weeks but definitely is worth to wait with a great price deal and free shipping! The sitting experience is completely different from the gaming chair or conventional office chair, I guess it is due to the additional mechanism at the backrest? For those who like to rock the chair, this could be your best choice as the backrest will move seamlessly with your back. Been use the chair for more than 2 months, I would rate it 8/10 , the chair will be perfect if the mesh is slightly softer and the tilting angle can improve it wider, other than that, the chair in overall is solid, sturdy , 6D armrest is very helpful in supporting me at work through pc or handphone. Will recommend to my friend.

Sinc chair is just perfect to a short person like me! Been trying many chairs but non of it can provide a good neckrest support due to my height is only 153cm. The backrest smart glide is smooth and made the huge changes when activated. Price is a bit high for me but after made some research, I discovered that their product is reasonably priced. The backrest is very good, especially when I move back to play with my phone. The 6D armrest is very flexible and in overall the chair is sturdy and heavy, premium quality. 👍👍👍👍👍Will recommend to my friends

Never thought a good ergonomic chair can be so comfortable! I like the 6D armrest the most, follow by the smart glide. The airflow is good, my room without aircon, after few hours sitting my thigh no sweat, my previous gaming chair made me sweat like hell and was very itchy. My only complain is the showroom is quite far, it took me about 50mins drive to reach there but No Regret to make the trip to get my SINC chair 😂😂😂

The 6D armrest is awesome, I’ve done some research and tested the Ergonomic chair at few shops and eventually bought SINC. After 1 month usage, here is my conclusion,
What do I like :
1) Smart Glide backrest is provide great support while sit upright and resting
2) 6D armrest is very flexible to be adjustable to meet my needs
3) Mesh is cooling without air-cond
4) Footrest is cool to step on for my gaming session
What I dislike :
1) I personally feel if the tilting angle is wider, will make the chair more comfortable
2) Smart glide tension adjustment, was told the small knob behind the backrest can be adjusted but it made no different to me.
3) It will be great if the armrest pad is a bit longer and wider ( I found it is a bit small for me, maybe I am big size la , ha ha)

I am impress with the 6D armrest, able to support multi tasks. I am 157cm, tested many chairs but cant really find a suitable one, SINC chair support my neck perfectly, it is very comfortable and solid, we bought 2 units and my hubby is happy to it compare to his gaming chair. I was unable to test the chair in showroom and seek for the customer service to give me some advise, they recommend SINC chair to me and I am happy with SINC, it is premium quality, packing is superb, no scratches. Lot of adjustability and it took me a while to get use to the adjustment. The backrest mechanism made the tilting so enjoyable, for those who like to tilt while resting or refreshing, you will love SINC chair. On top of that, I’ve no problem to share the chair with my wife height at 153cm, I am 180cm, we both can share the chair, this helped to save our pocket to get another chair. 👍👍👍👍👍

Packaging is excellent, is well protected, no scratches or dented. Installation took around 30mins, is easy. Lumbar support glide along with your body when tilting, this is something different from others. The 4D headrest is still not so great, somehow I feel the support is insufficient, maybe I dont know how to adjust it.

Friendly staff, no hard push, patient to explain the product. Niture chair is very unique, every chairs gave different sitting experience, dont need to compare with others shop, they have comprehensive ergonomic chair at very reasonable price. My previous chair was without headrest becos I was unable to find a chair can support my height of 153cm, tested many chair with headrest but it is not comfortable until I found SINC Chair! The headrest can adjust very low to meet my height 😂😂, they helped pre-assembled the chair and it is very easy for me to set up at home, no tools is needed! After sales service is top notch too, the backrest have some problem after 2 days of used, they replace it immediately, the replacement process is easy and speedy.

Got the chair about 1 week after purchased, need to self assembled, with the price that I pay off, I expect the chair to be delivered with installation service, pretty disappointed that I’ve to assemble the chair by myself, there is no installation video, only a installation paper inside the box. The smart glide at the backrest is comfortable, it gives a new experience, mesh is skin friendly, not too hard or too soft. 6D armrest is what attract me the most, very versatile. Quality is good but I still prefer the leg is aluminum instead of nylon.

Please invest a good chair for yourself to prevent backache. I was sitting on gamming chair for a year and I can tell you it was an unpleasant experience, it is not cheap- RM800, the leather start to drop after 5months, castor broken, and it is super HOT to sit for even less than 1 hour, my thigh sweat like hell, to claim the warranty, they reply will replace but waited for a month, nothing happen! This time I decided to get from a shop and test the chair before purchase, the chair is pre-assemble and I can grab it instantly from the shop. After 1 month tested the chair, I am very happy it solve out my problem, no more sweating and backache, Must get the footrest version if you like to sit with cross leg.

Love Niture’s tagline – Words lie, body doesn’t. It was a pleasant showroom visit, friendly staff with a great product at reasonable price. The service is top notch, chairs is assembled and can grab it home instantly. No wonder many people recommend showroom visit is a must, went to others shop but non of them as professional as them and have variety of choices to meet my needs, I would say they have too many of good chairs that put me in dilemma to make decision 🙂 Niture, you need to improve your marketing to let more people know your brand!

Please dont buy the chair without testing, bought 3 chairs online, all still cannot meet my expectation until I met Niture, their product are outstanding, each chairs gives different sitting feel, it is all subject to your pocket! For petite lady, I would say this is the best chair that can support your neck, normally I sit on the chair without headrest, that made my shoulder stiff and sore, only SINC headrest can reach my neck and provide comfortable support. It is pricey for me, but I hope it is a good investment as I expect to use this chair for next 5 -10 yrs.

I love the armrest and footrest is cool, it is rigid but I hope in future the footrest can extend longer. The chair can be even more comfortable if can recline more, for current angle, I am not satisfy with it for napping purpose
