After 1 month of use, I think overall this chair is great for the price. 4D Armrest Adjustability + 3D Head Rest adjustable, this is the great feature of this chair!
If this chair can improve a bit, I think it will be a 5 Star for me.
1. Cushion Head Rest
2. Cushion Arm Rest
3. Thin Breathable Cushion Back or Use a stiffer Mesh material (current mesh a bit soft)
4. Reduce the seat depth (50cm seat depth is too deep for people like me 165CM & below)
5. If the chair can go lower than 45cm, would be great for people with 165CM height and below 9as we would have shorter legs…). Now when chair at its lowest, my leg is a bit hanging off the floor when I sit all the way in, not comfortable…
6. Improve the lower back rest support plate. Felt it is a bit too straight when lean against it, my back bone touching the edge of the plate instead of the plate face. Maybe this is affected by the seat depth, since I can’t sit all the way in.
I think it will be a winner if you manage to improve on this model or come out a version for smaller size people and still keep it within this affordable price range!

I only use the chair for 2 days and I request to exchange to another model with higher price and will pay the differences, the customer service rejected and didn’t pick up my call when I request to talk to the Manager, very bad service, I do not recommend to buy from Niture.

Economical and high quality chair, seat is comfortable, armrest is quite versatile, can adjust up,down, angle, move in and out. My office use it for about 1 month, everyone is happy with it, will place order again for our upcoming new office. I prefer cushion seat more than mesh seat, the cushion is pretty comfortable, it is thick and the hardness is moderate. Armrest is a bit shaky, other than that, in overall this chair is worthy.
