SINC 3 is designed for users who prefer a firmer, more structured ergonomic sitting experience with strong lower-back support, breathable full-mesh comfort, and responsive support through movement.
Unlike a basic office chair that mainly supports one fixed sitting position, SINC 3 combines a synchronized reclining mechanism with Niture’s Smart-Glide Backrest.
These two movement systems work together to support the lower body and back more continuously as the user sits upright, leans, reclines, and changes posture throughout the day.
Because real sitting is not static.
Your support should move with you.
SINC 3 is suitable for users who sit for long hours and prefer stronger, more noticeable lumbar support.
It is designed for professionals, business owners, designers, gamers, home-office users, and anyone who regularly moves between focused work, relaxed sitting, device use, and reclining.
SINC 3 is particularly suitable for users who want:
Firm and structured ergonomic support
Stronger lower-back contact
Adjustable lumbar height and depth
Breathable mesh across the seat and backrest
Stable support during long work sessions
Responsive support during posture changes
A heavier-duty ergonomic chair structure
SINC 3 may not be suitable for users who prefer very soft or lightly supported seating.
It may also be unnecessary for users who only sit occasionally, want a simple office chair, or are mainly looking for the lowest possible price.
Users who prefer a gentler lumbar sensation should test SINC 3 at the showroom before purchasing, as its support character is designed to feel firmer and more defined.
Recommended for users approximately 160–190 cm tall, depending on torso length, thigh length, shoulder position, and overall body proportion.
The best way to confirm the fit is to check whether:
The headrest reaches the neck curve
The lumbar support aligns with the lower back
The seat depth supports the thighs without pressing behind the knees
The armrests can be positioned comfortably for the user’s desk setup
Maximum weight load: 130 kg
SINC 3 is designed for:
Long work sessions
Firm lumbar support
Dynamic sitting
Focused desk work
Gaming
Home-office use
Reclining while remaining supported
Users who frequently change posture during the day
2-year warranty covering selected structural and mechanical components, including the mechanism, gas lift, chair frame, and base.
Final warranty coverage is subject to Niture’s warranty terms and the condition of the product.
SINC 3 is available for trial at the Niture Puchong showroom.
A showroom fitting is recommended for users who want to compare its firmer support character with SINC, SINC Lite, UltraSinc, and the Hammock Series.
The final price may vary according to colour, configuration, optional footrest, and current promotion.
SINC 3 is not designed to hold the user in one rigid position.
You sit upright.
You lean towards your work.
You reach for something beside you.
You check your phone.
You recline.
You return to focus.
SINC 3 is engineered to support these transitions through a combination of synchronized lower-body movement and Smart-Glide back support.
The result is a firmer, more connected sitting experience designed for users who want strong support without feeling completely locked into one position.
Words lie.
Body doesn’t.
At the core of SINC 3 is its Dual Mechanism System, combining:
A synchronized seat reclining mechanism
Niture’s Smart-Glide Backrest mechanism
Each mechanism performs a different role.
The synchronized mechanism manages the relationship between the seat and backrest during recline, helping the hips, thighs, and lower body remain supported.
The Smart-Glide mechanism allows the backrest to respond more closely to movements of the user’s back.
Together, they create a more coordinated ergonomic experience during upright sitting, leaning, reclining, and posture changes.
This helps provide:
Smoother reclining movement
Better back contact during posture changes
More balanced lower-body support
More comfortable pressure distribution
A more connected sitting experience
Stronger support during long sitting sessions
SINC 3 uses a synchronized reclining system designed to coordinate the movement of the seat and backrest.
As the user reclines, the mechanism helps maintain a more natural relationship between the thighs, hips, and upper body.
This reduces the sudden change in body position that can occur with simpler office-chair mechanisms.
The mechanism includes:
Automatic tension adjustment
Four synchronized reclining locking positions
Controlled reclining movement
Stable lower-body support
Convenient adjustment controls
The recline can be used for focused work, casual leaning, short recovery breaks, reading, gaming, or relaxed device use.
Traditional office chairs often rely on one fixed reclining motion.
When the user moves differently from the chair’s predefined movement, the back may lose contact with the backrest.
SINC 3’s Smart-Glide Backrest is designed to respond more independently to the movement of the upper body.
As the user leans, reaches, shifts position, or moves between upright and reclined postures, the backrest glides with the movement of the spine.
This helps the chair remain closer to the user’s back instead of supporting only one fixed posture.
Smart-Glide helps support:
The lower back
The middle and upper back
Movement between upright and reclined sitting
Changes in working position
Long-hour desk use
Short recovery moments throughout the day
Instead of asking the user to remain still, SINC 3 is designed to support the way the body naturally moves.
SINC 3 features Niture’s Twin Dynamic Lumbar Support, the same lumbar-support technology used in Hammock 2.
The dual support sections respond independently to the shape and movement of the lower back, creating a more adaptive and evenly distributed support sensation.
Its breathable mesh construction allows airflow through the lumbar area while maintaining firm, flexible contact with the user’s back.
The lumbar system includes:
Height adjustment
Depth adjustment
Independently responsive dual lumbar sections
Breathable mesh contact
Wider lower-back support coverage
Firm and adaptive lumbar support
Lumbar height adjustment allows the support to be positioned closer to the natural curve of the user’s lower back.
Lumbar depth adjustment allows the user to control how strongly the lumbar system presses forward.
This makes SINC 3 suitable for users who prefer:
Stronger lower-back contact
More adjustable lumbar pressure
Adaptive support during posture changes
A firmer ergonomic sitting experience
Greater support during long desk sessions
Breathable support around the lower back
The correct lumbar setting should feel supportive without creating excessive pressure.
Users are encouraged to adjust the height and depth gradually or test the chair through a personalized showroom fitting.
Users of the same overall height can have very different torso proportions.
A fixed-height backrest may place the lumbar support too high or too low, even when the seat height is correct.
SINC 3 provides four levels of backrest height adjustment, allowing the backrest and lumbar system to be aligned more accurately with the user’s body.
Adjusting the backrest height can help improve:
Lumbar positioning
Upper-back contact
Headrest alignment
Overall chair fit
Support for different torso lengths
The backrest should be adjusted so that the lumbar wings align with the natural inward curve of the lower back.
A headrest should not only touch the back of the head.
It should be able to reach and support the neck curve.
SINC 3 features a 4D adjustable headrest designed to accommodate different body proportions, sitting positions, and reclining angles.
The adjustment range allows the user to position the headrest for more suitable neck support during focused sitting, leaning, or reclining.
The headrest is particularly useful for users who:
Recline while reading or thinking
Take short recovery breaks
Spend long hours at a desk
Experience neck fatigue from unsupported reclining
Want the headrest to match their body proportions more accurately
A suitable headrest position should support the neck without forcing the head forward.
The recommended user-height range is approximately 160–190 cm, but the actual fit should be confirmed by checking whether the headrest reaches the user’s neck comfortably.
SINC 3 uses Dual-Axis 5D Armrests designed to support different arm positions and working activities.
The armrests can be adjusted to accommodate tasks such as:
Typing
Mouse use
Writing
Gaming
Using a tablet
Holding a mobile phone
Reclining
Resting between tasks
Correct armrest positioning helps support the elbows and forearms while reducing unnecessary lifting of the shoulders.
The armrests should be adjusted so that the shoulders remain relaxed and the elbows can rest naturally without being pushed too high or left unsupported.
Not every user has the same thigh length.
A seat that is too deep can press behind the knees and make it difficult to sit against the backrest.
A seat that is too shallow may not provide sufficient support beneath the thighs.
SINC 3 includes a sliding seat-depth adjustment that allows the user to position the seat according to their lower-body proportions.
A suitable seat-depth setting helps provide:
Better thigh support
Reduced pressure behind the knees
More effective lumbar contact
A more stable sitting position
Better accommodation for different leg lengths
The user should be able to sit fully against the backrest while maintaining a comfortable gap between the front edge of the seat and the back of the knees.
Long sitting hours affect more than the spine.
The hips, thighs, knees, and lower body must also remain properly supported.
SINC 3’s seat structure is designed to provide a more balanced sitting experience through:
Breathable mesh support
Adjustable seat depth
A stable seat frame
Responsive mesh tension
Cushioned support at the front seat edge
Reduced pressure around the thighs
The front section of the seat includes a supportive cushioning layer designed to soften contact beneath the thighs.
This helps reduce excessive pressure from the front edge while preserving the airflow and flexible support of the mesh seat.
The goal is to support the lower body without forcing the user into one fixed posture.
SINC 3 uses breathable performance mesh across the seat and backrest to provide a cooler, lighter, and more responsive sitting experience.
The mesh is designed to balance airflow, flexibility, and supportive tension during long periods of sitting.
Breathable Mesh Comfort helps provide:
Better airflow around the body
Reduced heat buildup
Flexible support
Responsive rebound
A lighter sitting sensation
Greater comfort during extended desk use
The open mesh construction makes SINC 3 suitable for Malaysia’s warm climate, air-conditioned offices, home workspaces, gaming setups, and long daily sitting sessions.
A supportive cushioning layer at the front of the seat helps soften pressure beneath the thighs while maintaining the breathability and responsive support of the mesh seat.
Ergonomic adjustments are only useful when they are easy to access.
SINC 3 uses conveniently positioned button controls that allow the user to operate frequently used chair functions without repeatedly bending forward or searching beneath the seat.
The easy-access control design helps users adjust the chair more naturally throughout the day as their task or posture changes.
SINC 3 is available with an optional retractable footrest.
The footrest can provide additional leg support during:
Reclining
Short recovery breaks
Reading
Casual device use
Gaming
Relaxed sitting
It allows the user to change position and temporarily reduce pressure beneath the legs during longer sitting sessions.
The standard SINC 3 configuration is supplied without the footrest unless the optional version is selected.
Modern work does not happen in one posture.
Sit upright for typing, writing, online meetings, detailed work, and other desk-based activities.
The adjustable lumbar support, armrests, seat depth, and backrest height help create a more stable focused-working position.
Move into a slight recline while continuing to work, think, read, or use a device.
The synchronized mechanism and Smart-Glide Backrest help maintain support as the body moves away from a fully upright position.
Lean back, relax the shoulders, and allow the body to change position during short breaks.
The headrest, backrest, lumbar system, and optional footrest help create a more supported recovery posture.
SINC 3 is designed to support the transitions between these positions instead of expecting the user to remain still throughout the day.
Most workspaces are built around the position of the desk and screen.
As a result, users often lean forward, reach towards their work, and hold tension without realizing it.
Niture’s Ergonomic Ecosystem is designed around a different idea.
The workspace should adapt more closely to the body.
The TILT Height Adjustable Desk brings the working surface closer.
The SINC 3 Chair provides structured support through movement.
The G Tablet allows the working interface to move closer to the user.
Together, they help create a workspace that supports changes in posture, working position, and daily behaviour.
SINC 3 can be used as a standalone ergonomic chair, but it becomes part of a more complete ergonomic setup when paired with the wider Niture Ergonomic Ecosystem.
SINC is the balanced core model of the SINC Series.
It is designed for users who want a complete Smart-Glide experience with versatile ergonomic support for long-hour work and everyday movement.

A normal office chair generally provides basic support in one upright sitting position.

SINC 3 is designed around coordinated support.

Compared with a basic office chair, SINC 3 provides:

Found a gem, so happy to get the early bird discount for SINC-3, when they introduce this chair to me, I dont have the good feel on the plastic lumbar support but surprisingly it is very comfortable, first time experience the smart glide, very different from normal chair. Seller very patient to demo how to use 5D armrest, wow, never thought need to learn how to use the armrest. Hope next time seller can provide user guide video.

I am completely impress to the 5D armrest! it is a good design and versatile, it took me a while to get use to the armrest, but it is all good. This is a high quality ergonomic chair, I came all of the way from Malacca to test the chair prior purchase, this place is worth to visit to give a try, the team is knowledgeable and friendly to share their experience or suggestion.

Went to the showroom for RM500 chair, it turn up I bought SINC-3, I prefer stronger support, therefore it is either Motion and SINC-3, SINC-3 is more price worthy and have more adjustability compare to Motion, thus I voted to get SINC-3 home!

Niture have plenty of choice for the Ergo chair, you must expect to spend a long time in the showroom as all of the ergonomic chair gives different feeling! No wonder many recommend must visit showroom. I like SINC 3 becos the lumbar support gives strong slope push, hehehe, feel like I am stretching my body every time I lean back. The plastic lumbar support look abit weird to me, but I like it becos it is very cooling when lean on it, my room has no aircond , thus this will be helpful and easy to clean it.

I spent few days to study Niture’s product as there is no showroom in Penang. Good thing is the website is very informative and customer service is helpful. Finally I got my chair today, the box is big and everything look good upon unboxing, inside have an instruction manual, it is easy to set up, the chair is quite heavy. I am 98kgs, as such I prefer stronger lumbar support, was struggle in between SINC-3 & Motion, voted for SINC3 due to hot weather. The smart glide experience is amazing, especially the strong push while tilting. SINC3 have too many functions, it took me a while to get understand of it and once is adjusted, everything is perfect for me. Thank you

Introduced by friend, have not heard of this brand b4, visited the showroom and the ergonomic chairs are very impressive, I chose Sinc 3 becos it has more adjustabilities compare to others and I like the strong lumbar support, the plastic lumbar support look ugly for me but it is comfortable.

This is the most comfortable ergonomic chair ive had sit on. Is it exspenive? Nope. It is affordable cheap with quality material. branded ergonomic chair will cost you triple or 4 times of this chair plus with less or same features. My old Merryfair cost the same as this chair but with lesser feature, less adjustment and with no head rest. Sinc 3 have all the adjustment you want. Arm rest is the spotlight of this chair. The adaptive tilt backrest is amazing good. And theres is so much thing you can adjust to suit you. And my experiance dealing with the customer service is what i really appreciate. Ms. Amelia help me so much and cant thanks her enough. Helping me to resolve my issue without any complaint. Thanks ms. Amelia. For me the most important thing is that you know they do take care their customer. The price is reasonable cheap and the comfort and adjustment you get is worth the price alone.

I went with the SINC-3 for its superior support compared to other chairs. After two weeks of use, I’m especially impressed by the armrests—they’re incredibly ergonomic and make a big difference. Honestly, this is the best investment I’ve made this year

Showroom experience was awesome, very helpful and friendly team. I like the most is immediate stock is available for pick up instantly after purchase, the chair come with pre-assembled can put in my car straight away! I personally prefer strong lumbar support, struggle to select Sinc 3 and Motion but finally I chosen Sinc 3 becos I prefer mesh seat and with footrest. I can feel the chair is premium and comfortable, 5 years hassle free warranty give me more confident to buy from Niture.

Niture truly deserves more recognition! Your ergonomic chairs are fantastic and offer incredible value at an affordable price. Honestly, if a friend hadn’t recommended you, I might never have discovered your brand. The team was exceptionally professional, taking the time to explain every detail about the chairs and recommend the perfect one to suit my needs. That said, your marketing doesn’t fully reflect how amazing your products are! I hope more people get the chance to experience the comfort and quality of Niture chairs—keep up the great work!

One of the best chair I’ve sat on. The backrest is cool, and the SMART-GLIDE is really quite an incredible feeling. Built in footrest is more useful than you might think. Headrest that actually supports your neck and doesn’t just push your head forward. I have a lot of good things to say about this chair, and it is one that I would recommend to everyone if not for two major flaws:
1. The plastic lumbar support is held in place by bottom hinges and two top screws tightening into a plastic piece. Unfortunately either due to design oversight or just repetitive stress, the screw will eventually back out and the plastic piece may fall out. Every time the screw backs out, it gets easier and easier to back out and you will have to basically reseat the screw every few weeks.
2. When SMART-GLIDE is engaged, after a few weeks of continuous usage the upper hinges holding the backrest will start squeaking very loudly. It’s a plastic on plastic piece. I don’t even know why it would get so loud.
Until this two issue is resolved, I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this chair. It’s biggest upside is also where the most flaws appear. It’s also not a one time thing because I have gotten the entire backrest replaced one time. It’s a shame because it’s such a great chair.

Went to many showrooms and I must praise Niture is the only shop that selling a Decent Ergonomic Chairs, thumb up to the sales rep walk through every chair patiently, explain very deep detail on each chair, met some return customers in the showroom share their experience too. Thank you Niture
